«Don’t ask me about it. Only ask about the match with San Marino,» the coach responded at the press conference before the final game.
When journalists returned to the topic again, Mircea couldn’t hold back:
«I said I don’t want to discuss it! You keep pressuring me to say that I won’t be here anymore. It can’t be like this,» Lucescu stated and left the press conference, even though the press officer had previously announced the last question.
