Depending on the level of licenses among the participants, two groups were formed: instructors of the PRO, A, and B programs worked separately, while the second group trained in the C and D programs.
On the first day, the final session for instructors, who are lecturers at the UAF Center for Football Education and Leadership, was held. Participants summarized the training program agreed with UEFA and discussed updated approaches to teaching coaching courses.
There was also a session on «Coach Actions to Increase Motivation and Attention During a Football Match Interval» conducted by UAF CFL methodologist Viktor Dogadaylo.
The second and third days were dedicated to the work of instructors responsible for preparing basic level coaches. The two-day seminar became another step in forming unified standards of coaching education in Ukraine’s regions.
UAF Football Development Department director Bohdan Gorodnyuk addressed the participants with an introductory speech. He emphasized the importance of unified approaches in coach preparation and systematic program updates, which are the foundation for the sustainable development of Ukrainian football.
Within the framework of the seminar, thematic reports by instructors from different regions were presented, including:
— organization of training for the UAF C-diploma program — Valeriy Zolotukhin (Ukrainian Association of Football);
— preparation of a modern children’s coach and the development of a thinking player — Oleh Volivach (Dnipropetrovsk Region Football Association);

— psychological and mental aspects in children’s football — Ihor Yamiborko (Khmelnytsky Region Football Association);

Discussions were held in an interactive format, allowing instructors to share methodological approaches and practical developments.
Then it was time for practical work. Participants examined samples of training sessions presented by Vasyl Vasilyuk, Taras Klimenko, and Oleh Volivach. After this, a detailed analysis was conducted in micro-groups aimed at improving the methodology of conducting practical sessions.
The seminar concluded with summarizing and determining the further directions of development for the coaching education system of the Ukrainian Association of Football.
