I also don't have Russian or Ukrainian keyboard on my laptop but there is a simple way to write in Russian... for that purpose I am using the following site:

Select the language to which I like the output to be produced and then simply type all text in translit using English characters from keyboard. And this text will appear in selected language on that page and all you have to do is copy and paste it ... that's all ...
