Uruguayan defender Varela escaped from the Dynamo Moscow base at night and left Russia

On the night of July 24, Dynamo Moscow defender Guillermo Varela left the team without the knowledge of the club management.

The Uruguayan football player secretly escaped from the Dynamo base, after which, according to sources, he flew out of Russia. The club does not yet know where the player is. It should be noted that negotiations have recently been held with Varela on a possible extension of the contract, which is valid until next summer.

The defender himself recently announced his readiness to spend the 2022/23 season at Dynamo. Varela's behavior is regarded by the club as a breach of contractual obligations.
