"Sturma" captain Stefan Hirlender commented on his team's defeat in the second leg of the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League against "Dynamo".
"It's very bitter, we had big plans. I said last week that we have to play our best. We did that for most of the game, there was a lack of nuance. We should have been leading 2:0... We were closer to 2:0 than the Kyiv team was to a draw. It hurts a lot. The team played with dedication and we did a lot of things right. The fans deserved more. It's hard to analyze because we came really, really close and still got beat,” Hirlander said.
