The first match of the new UPL season showed that Dynamo needs strengthening. The personnel potential of the team is very limited. Several positions in the starting line-up "sag" at once and there is no possibility to add in the game.

If the capital club really has ambitions to fight for the championship title and play successfully in the Europa League, newcomers cannot be dispensed with. There is clearly a lack of football players on the flank. It got to the point that Garmash and Shepelev started playing winger. In attack, Besedin only scores goals in his own goal, but does not score in other people's goals. Plus, there should be at least some rotation and the ability to step up the game.

As we can see, the main competitors in Ukraine are not sitting idly by. "Shakhtar" is actively returning Ukrainians home. SC "Dnipro-1" actively works for foreigners. Even Vorskla is quite visible in the transfer market. The talk of Kabaev for Dynamo is a good thing. But the team needs real reinforcement, not just words. Vladyslav has already missed the preparation for the season and the start of the UPL.

Football players from their own system

Among the youth, there are no players who could strengthen the first team. Lucescu, even with personnel problems, did not give any chance to both Voloshyns, who went to gain experience in renting. Only Vanat got his chance so far. Despite the fact that Vlad does not play very much. The "Dynamo" Academy properly prepares goalkeepers and defensive players, but it cannot prepare offensive players. Therefore, it is necessary to look for options among football players from the club system.

Candidate #1 here is Bohdan Lednev. The native of Skvyra has nothing going for him in the humble Hungarian Fehervar. The Ukrainian legionnaire does not have a stable place in the lineup there and is more of a rotation player. Perhaps the problem is that his current team operates with three central defenders. Lednev never particularly played this kind of football.

His lease is valid until the end of the calendar year. Hungarians have the right of redemption. But it is unlikely that they will activate it. There is no point in paying serious money for Bohdan. The sum of 2 million was mentioned in the press. "Fechervar" can go for an early termination of the lease in order not to pay the extra player's salary for another 4 months.

For Dynamo, this is a good strengthening option. Lednev knows Lucescu's requirements well, because he worked with the Romanian for a year and a half. Yes, lacked the patience, class to become a major player. There was more competition then. Now there is an opportunity to play more often.

Lednev is not only an attacking midfielder. In youth football, he played as a right midfielder. That is, it can be a replacement for Buyalskyi and increase options on the flanks of the attack, where there are almost no personnel left.

The second candidate is Serhii Buletsa. The native of Transcarpathia was given many advances, but he has not justified them yet. Leases to Zorya and SC Dnipro-1 did not show the desired progress.

Serhii plays more in the position of an attacking midfielder, but also has experience on the wing. In Petrakov's youth national team, he was responsible for just the flank (although there was a formation with three defenders). Buletsa can add to Dynamo various options to strengthen the game. At the UPL level, he is a competitive player.

Dynamo still owns the rights to Bulets. He plays for Zorya on loan. Surely there are some mechanisms to terminate this lease. True, "Zorya" behaves in relations with "Dynamo", clearly pulling the blanket over itself. Receives part of the rights to Dynamo's youth when he rents them, and he cannot let Kabaev go. I don't know what contacts there are on the Heller-Surkis line. But the interests of the people of Luhansk clearly dominate here.

Transfers

In Ukraine, I don't see any players who could make Dynamo stronger. The market has become narrow anyway. You have to look abroad. "Shakhtar" bought out almost all Ukrainians potentially interesting for "Dynamo". Only Yevhen Konoplyanka remains. Now Kono is more like a downed pilot who is no longer physically able to pull. Perhaps a coach like Lucescu could resuscitate the former star of the Ukrainian national team. Many details need to be matched.

In another, you need to work by the legionnaires. There is a simple axiom: strong or promising players will not come to Ukraine because of the war. It is worth targeting those who will be tempted by a good salary - free agents, football players who want to get a chance.

No need to spend millions of euros or sign super talents. It is enough only to close the holes in the warehouse for the time of war. Therefore, already experienced players who are even over thirty will come in handy. With the prospect of appearances for one season, no more.

At one time, there was a story with Carlos de Pena, when a football player was taken from the street. Before that, he was not wanted by Cypriot Paphos with a salary of 12,000 euros per month, but at Dynamo, the Uruguayan was able to prove himself, become one of the leaders of the team and play in the Champions League twice.

There are enough football players who are without a club. You need to work with them, you need to study them. For example, Lukash Teodorchyk is currently unemployed. Given Besedin's form, this could be a good option to strengthen Dynamo.

Main rivals, Shakhtar, have signed two foreigners, Jurasek and Taylor. Jovichevich previously worked with both of them in Dnipro. To call a spade a spade, the level of these players is not high at all. Dynamo Zagreb and PAOK do not need them. For them, Shakhtar is a very good option and an opportunity to get serious money. For the Donetsk club, this is an opportunity to close problematic positions. If there had not been a war, they would never have received the invitation to become "miners". But at the current level of the UPL, both of them are competitive.

Yes, the war is still going on. The risks of racketeering are still high. But the championship will be held in relatively safe places - in Kyiv and in the west of the country. A plus - performances abroad. There is no direct threat of hostilities yet. Otherwise, there would be no football at all. Not all legionnaires left Ukraine. Therefore, the arrival of new foreigners is possible.

Another factor is Lucescu. The Romanian coach has tremendous experience and great authority. He can invite under his own name. This is an argument for a potential transfer to Dynamo for every footballer from Romania, Turkey or Latin America. It is necessary to monitor a lot of championships. First of all, the Polish league. There will definitely be candidates.

The same Yevhen Krasnikov, thanks to his connections and authority, works with Latin Americans. Yes, not everyone wants to go, but certain transitions do happen. The same Blanco is quite an interesting player. Some clubs were able to solve acute personnel issues and close problematic positions. It is only necessary to work in this direction, to be able to convince.
