Shakhtar" filed a lawsuit against "Dnipro-1" regarding Pikhalenok

"Shakhtar" appealed to the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with a statement to initiate proceedings in the case of bankruptcy of "Dnipro-1".

According to "TaToTake", the "miners"' claims concern the obligations of the Dnipro club regarding the transfer of Oleksandr Pikhalenok to "Dynamo".

According to the agreement between the clubs, in the event of the former "Shakhtar" player's transfer to another club, "Dnipro-1" was to pay a percentage of the transfer fee to Donetsk.

Recall that last summer "Dnipro-1" sold Pikhalenok to Kyiv's "Dynamo".
