The other day, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and UEFA President Alexander Ceferin had a telephone conversation.
Volodymyr Zelensky expressed solidarity with the UEFA president in his opposition to the so-called European Super League.
"In this context, I wish that sentiments like those behind the so-called European Super League are leveled, because the essence of football is also about hope, solidarity and joy, and it is more than money, more than the privilege of individuals." - reads the letter sent to UEFA President Alexander Ceferin from the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky following the telephone conversation.
