“I think such things affect every Ukrainian, it’s very hard to experience such things. Of course, the team was in mourning, I think such things are unacceptable in the 21st century. Our football players understand that with the help of football we can give people pleasant emotions and distract them a little from what is happening in their homeland.

— The match with Rukh on Sunday was interrupted due to an air raid alert, will the championship continue in Ukraine at all?

- According to the plan, we have a game with Shakhtar on October 16. There is no information about the changes yet.

- What is the mood of the players of the center of defense or are you optimistic about the upcoming match?

- Despite the recent failures in the Europa League, we looked good in terms of team play. Just something was missing. I hope the defeats did not affect our psychological state in any way. Tomorrow we will take to the field and show our maximum.
