— We tried today. But these efforts were more noticeable in the second half. Before the break, they did not play very well. This is not the game I wanted to see. They pressed the opponents a little, worked a little with the ball. In the second half, we added in those components of the game. And today we didn't have enough for us again elementary - completion. Created moments - unfortunately did not score.
We constantly talk with the team. We try not to focus on failures. The main message from the coaching staff to the football players is the development of personal qualities and the improvement of team play. If we improve everything, the result will appear. I see progress in our game. So I don't worry about it. Of course, you always want to win. But when working with a youth team, it is important to see progress in the game. If there is a game, and there will be victories, the coach noted.
