Samuel Eto'o, a well-known football player of the Cameroon national team in the past, and now the president of the Cameroon Football Federation, apologized for beating a fan at the World Cup in Qatar.
“I would like to apologize for losing my temper and reacting in a way that is out of character for me. I apologize to the public for this unfortunate incident," Samuel Eto'o wrote on social media.
Recall that after the match of the 1/8 finals of the 2022 World Cup Brazil - South Korea (4: 1), Eto'o lost his temper when he saw how the fan was filming him on camera and beat him with his feet.
