“In our licensing center at the UAF, coaches from Georgia received PRO licenses, who, attention, did not speak either Ukrainian or English. But they got licenses because you go there, you pay, I don’t remember what the price was - 10 thousand euros or how many thousands. I won’t even tell you how the vast majority of people who want to get a diploma study and pass exams and then say: “I have a coaching diploma, I am a coach,” Vacko said.
