Former Spartak President Andrey Chervichenko spoke about Russia's flight from UEFA and its transition to the Asian Football Confederation.
- Everything needs to be negotiated with FIFA. It was not UEFA that suspended our clubs, but FIFA. In the Asian theme, too, not everything is so smooth. After all, our problems with European football began with Poland. And then Sweden and the Czech Republic joined in. And who said that the same Australia and Japan will not suit us the same, and in some next World Cup they will not refuse to play with Russia? Therefore, the problem is in global interaction and building relationships,” Chervichenko told local media.
