Our position remains unchanged - we ask that the responsibility for making such decisions regarding the number of spectators in the stands be transferred to the local military administrations.
In Rivne, for some reason, a football player and a fan can meet in a theater or at a concert, but not at a stadium. Even if there is shelter there. Therefore, such decisions cannot be made centrally in Kyiv. We are initiating such a decision in the UPL and before the UAF to change this point in the regulations.
