Russian agent Dmytro Selyuk claims that he took part in the transfer of Ukrainian midfielder Viktor Tsygankov from Dynamo to Girona.
"Well, Mudryk went to Chelsea - and thank God. Here, too, I took part in Tsygankov's move to Girona. And not a single political component had an impact. What does it matter to me whether he is Ukrainian, Azerbaijani or someone else? Believe me, if "Chelsea" is really interested in buying a Russian footballer, there won't be any problem," Selyuk said.
