As the source informs, Ratcliffe made an official offer in the amount of 4.5 billion euros. Ratcliffe owns the petrochemical company Ineos. The British billionaire already owns two professional football clubs. Ratcliffe owns Lausanne in Switzerland and Nice in France. Ratcliffe is a big fan of Manchester United and has expressed his desire to buy the club from the current owners, the Glazer brothers, in the summer of 2022.
