Shakhtar goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov summed up the results of the European season for the team after losing to Feyenoord (1-7) in the second leg of the Europa League 1/8 finals.

"I am proud of my team. Both after resounding victories and after painful defeats. The team has become an example of how to overcome obstacles, how the team unites and becomes one. Even when people around say: "The team no longer exists" or "Shakhtar won't be able to do it without him.

We have long ago proved that Shakhtar are the strongest Ukrainian team the world knows about. About us, about Ukraine! The team lost this soccer battle and continues its fight off the field with the whole country and our defenders," Pyatov wrote on his Instagram page.
