There is no leader on the football field, like Stepanenko at Shakhtar, like Sydorchuk at Dynamo. A leader is someone who can overcome any setbacks. And here, no one is responsible for anything, they just come in, put their heads down, and there is no competition. There is still competition for two or three positions, those people are trying, the rest are just like that, they play one game and fail two. So it came to this, and it's my fault, I didn't create competition, I was wrong, and I was very wrong," Wirth said.
