The composition of the UPL Expert Council, which determines the best in the tour, is as follows: Oleg Venglinsky, Ivan Getsko, Sergey Nagornyak, Jozhef Sabo, Alexander Sopko, Oleg Fedorchuk, Anatoly Chantsev, Igor Shukhovtsev, Stepan Yurchishin, Igor Yavorsky.
According to the voting results, Dnipro-1 winger Oleksiy Gutsulyak and Kryvbas head coach Yuriy Vernydub became the best in the 20th round.
It should be noted that Gutsulyak scored a brace in the Dnipro-1 match with Lviv (5:2), and Kryvbas under the leadership of Vernidub managed to beat Zorya — 1:0.
