But while we are talking about the national teams of Ukraine, that is, it does not apply, for example, to football clubs. According to the document, we are talking about "official delegations of the national teams of Ukraine in Olympic, non-Olympic sports and sports of persons with disabilities."
Thus, this Decree obliges the national team of Ukraine to withdraw from participation in the Euro 2024 qualifying round, since the Belarusian team is participating in this tournament. However, then UEFA and FIFA will inevitably disqualify the UAF - this is prescribed by the statutory norms of these organizations.
