- Constant pain, which cannot be relieved, always affects the quality of everyday life, and even more so - work. However, all this is quite individual, so it is better to ask the coach himself.

- In general, after such a diagnosis and the operation that is expected in the near future, at Mr Mircea's age, can we hope that full mobility and efficiency will return? How soon will Lucescu be back on his feet?

- The question of timing is also quite individual, because the age of the mentor will also affect the time of return. As a rule, patients return to normal life in 2-3 months, but there are nuances in rehabilitation and even the surgery itself. At this age, with such a massive operation, there are actually a lot of variables that can affect the recovery time.

- Is it possible to manage a team remotely with this disease?

- Of course, Lucescu will be able to manage the team's actions remotely. You actually miss only 1 day - the day of the operation. But the intervention does not affect brain activity (only anaesthesia), so Mircea can be constantly on the phone and participate in team management. The question is how much this will be needed and whether it will be effective.
