Legendary Ukrainian forward Andriy Shevchenko, commenting on the defeat of AC Milan (0-2) in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final, said that nothing has been decided in this two-match clash.
"The main reason behind AC Milan's defeat to Inter was psychological. In the first half, the team failed to get into the game. At half-time, there were substitutions, as well as some fortunate adjustments in the players' attitudes. As a result, AC Milan were able to play much better in the second half.
Yes, the result of the first leg shows Inter's solid lead. But I am confident that Milan can still win the return leg and reach the final," Shevchenko told Il Milanista.
