The score had not yet been opened when Brahim Dias scored AC Milan's fifth goal in the 89th minute, ending the rossoneri's dominant performance. AC Milan's victory was a testament to their attacking prowess as they scored five goals against a robust Sampdoria defence. A 3-1 scoreline at half-time set the tone for a comfortable win for the home side, with Sampdoria unable to get back on track. Overall, it was a performance that should have left AC Milan fans satisfied. Their team showed great attacking intent and looked reliable at the back. The win put the team at the top of the Serie A standings and they were ready to fight for the title this season.
