The UAF Committee of Referees praised the work of the referees in the match between Dnipro 1 and Vorskla (1:2) on the 28th round of the Ukrainian championship, reports Football 2.0.
The committee believes that chief referee Yaroslav Kozik and VAR referee Yevhen Aranovskiy made correct decisions in all key episodes.
Earlier, it was reported by former journalist Igor Burbas that the UAF referees' committee was conducting an internal investigation into the match. He said that Aranovskiy had been suspended from officiating for life.
For the 46-year-old Aranovskiy, due to the age limit, this season is set to be the last of his career. "Dnipro 1 called the game a game of "strange refereeing decisions".
