Ingulets president Oleksandr Povoroznyuk commented on the termination of cooperation with Serhiy Kovalets.

"Regarding the new head coach - I am not even thinking about it today. Lupashko is a very smart guy. A little more experience, he will gain it over time. I very much regret that I put Kovalets in. It was my fault.

Any of those professionals, who was there, would have been better. Now I am studying what they were doing, and why the team cannot run now. The reason - physically they have prepared very badly in winter, although I have not spared money. This physics should be laid in winter, and they did not do that. We started well, and then it went downhill," Povoroznyuk said on his Youtube channel.
