FC Lviv and Skoruk will not take part in the new season of the Ukrainian First League. They will be replaced by FSC Mariupol and Girnyk (Horishni Plavni).

FC Kudrivka (Chernihiv Oblast) and FC YukSA (Kyiv) are expected to make their debuts in the Second League. The final list of participants is to be approved today, 21 June, at the PFL Conference in Kyiv.

Earlier it was reported that Lviv would cease to exist after relegation from the UPL.
