The commercial director of Dnipro-1, Vyacheslav Fridman, explained why the club did not support the creation of UPL-TV.
"We also like UPL-TV. I met with [Ivan] Gresko before and listened to the presentation today. Everyone likes the presentation, but it is still raw. There is some work to be done. I think this work will be done by next season.
You need to write software for OTT platform. It is not that simple. It takes at least half a year or 10 months to write. To create such software and integrate it with other OTT platforms... I know for sure that, it costs from 600 thousand dollars," Friedman said on TaToTake.
