The new draw of the Ukrainian Cup, the 2023/2024 season, starts with the draw for the first and second preliminary stages scheduled for 21 July.

Six teams will take part in the first preliminary stage - four representatives of the Amateur Football Association of Ukraine and two clubs of the second league. The base day of the matches is 29 July.
The second preliminary stage will feature 32 clubs - three winners of the first preliminary stage, as well as 29 teams from the first and second leagues. The base match day is 2 August.
In both stages, the winners will be determined by the results of one match.
