Today has given the world several famous people who closely connected their lives with football:
Vladimir Muntean (1946) was a legendary Soviet footballer who played as a midfielder. Muntean spent almost his entire glorious career with Dynamo Kyiv, with whom he won seven championships and two USSR Cups, the Cup Winners' Cup and the UEFA Super Cup. Vice-champion of Europe in 1972. As a member of the USSR national team he played 49 matches, scored 7 goals. After the end of his career as a footballer Muntean took up coaching. At one time Volodymyr Fedorovych was a coach of various Ukrainian clubs, as well as Madagascar "Kosfab", the national team of Guinea and the youth national team of Ukraine.
Igor Kostyuk (1975) is a former Ukrainian footballer who played as a midfielder. He was a pupil of Dynamo Kyiv, but Kostyuk failed to gain a foothold in the first team of the Bilo-Syni. Igor also defended the colours of Vorskla, Arsenal, Borisfen, Zakarpattya and Russian Tyumen. He played 1 match in the national team of Ukraine, but did not score any goals. Currently heads Dynamo U-19.
