What do they say about the player himself? They say that the guy is quite strange, quite reserved, an introvert, he was in Shakhtar's system from the U-9s. He says one thing to some, another to others. Everyone has already disowned him.
Rosputko is a native of Horlivka, he is from Donbas, his relatives were in Russia, as far as I know. They say that he is a man who deliberately believed that Ukraine was bombing Donbas, that our people would come and liberate us. At Shakhtar, I was told that if he had somehow shown this in the team, he would definitely not have been accepted there.
I asked how good of a player he was. Shakhtar told me that he was not a project player. They didn't see him as a Zinchenko or even a Kovalenko. His ceiling is the level of a team that, under certain circumstances, can qualify for the Conference League in the UPL.
