Today I accepted Shakhtar because it is my family. When it is hard for the family, you need to help. Therefore, even before such games I was not afraid to take the team and try to do my best.
In such a difficult situation for the country, for Shakhtar, I could not refuse and told the president that I was in favour with both hands. The president offered me two rounds, so to take the team at once, to become the head coach, to sign a contract, to choose the coaching staff. And he said he was ready to suffer with me.
As for the new coach, I assure the President every day with Director Palkin that it is the right choice. And he has full confidence. And we are negotiating. And I hope that this coach will want to us," said Srna.
