Following the results of the next European Cup matches, Ukraine has worsened its position in the UEFA coefficient table.
We shall remind you that this week Shakhtar Donetsk lost to Porto (3-5) in the Champions League, while Zorya Luhansk defeated Bredablik (4-0) in the Conference League.
As a result, Ukraine remained in 18th place in the UEFA coefficient table. The key position in this part of the table is 15th: countries that occupy places 1 to 15 inclusive in the table delegate two representatives to the Champions League, not one.
Recall that the final table of UEFA coefficients in the current season will determine the representation of countries in the European Cup season 2025/26. Next season Ukraine, as before, will be represented in the Champions League by two teams.
