Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino believes that titles are not a mandatory attribute to be considered an elite coach.
"You have to be at the right club, at the right time, everything has to come together to win. You don't have to win trophies to be an elite coach. Many elite coaches have not yet won titles, many are on the way to doing so, and many have won.
It's important to analyse each individual project and say whether you can progress and deliver what everyone expects or not. For the club, it's more important than for us because it will give them strength and I really believe in this project," Pochettino was quoted as saying by Goal.
