Shakhtar Donetsk head coach Marino Pušić has revealed what he expects from his side's clash with French side Marseille in the play-off round for the right to reach the last 16 of the Europa League.
"We should be realistic. The Europa League is a fantastic and very difficult tournament, you need to take into account the teams that play in it, because there are those who can also play in the Champions League. If someone thinks that this tournament is easier than the Champions League, it is not. And I have experienced it in my career. This is a great tournament, a very tough competition with powerful teams.
We will play against a strong opponent with a great history, which will be quite difficult to beat. We are thinking gradually. Our task is to continue playing in our style and compete with our opponents. We will see what the result will be, but the most important thing is that we have achieved our first goal - to be in Europe after the winter break.
