Spartak Moscow footballer Quincy Promes was sentenced to 6 years in prison for cocaine smuggling. This was reported by Voetbal International.

It is reported that in 2020, the Dutchman Promes participated in a deal to sell 1350 kg of cocaine in the port of Antwerp. In turn, the player, through his lawyers, denies any involvement in this crime.

Last year, Promes was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison for the attempted murder of his brother.
