The former coach of Dynamo Kyiv, Mircea Lucescu, has reached an agreement to work for Turkish side Besiktas, local media reports.
Mircea Lucescu
The details of the contract are still unknown.
As a reminder, Lucescu Sr. coached Beşiktaş from July 2002 to May 2004. He could also lead this team in the winter, but he did not accept the offer because he did not want to start working in the middle of the season, and the Turks opted for Fernando Santos. Under the Portuguese's leadership, the Black Eagles are fighting only for the European Cup zone, having lost their chances for the Champions League.
