The UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee made a number of decisions at its regular meeting, in particular, regarding the high-profile episode of the match of the 24th round of the Ukrainian championship between Poltava Vorskla and Shakhtar Donetsk (0:1), in which the Pitmen's midfielder Oleksandr Zubkov roughly played against the home team's goalkeeper Pavel Isenko and was sent off.
According to the UAF official website, after reviewing the materials regarding this game moment, the CDC decided to disqualify the player for two matches. Now Zubkov will miss the matches of the 25th and 26th round of the UPL - against Zorya (22 April) and LNZ (27 April) respectively.
