"I contacted the Chornomorets representatives and tried to talk about this topic to get an explanation of how it all happened. "Chornomorets asked if it was possible to play this match in Kyiv. "Shakhtar replied: "No, only in Lviv". In principle, they have the right to do so - it is their home arena. After that, the Odesa team realised that it was impossible to travel like that, it was much more convenient for them to recover and prepare for the match at their base - they have everything there. It takes 5 hours to get from Chornomorets' base to the hotel in Kyiv.

"Chornomorets took the initiative to play both matches in Kyiv. "Shakhtar refused at first, but after a while, having played against Zorya at the Livyi Berehir arena, they saw that the conditions were normal, the pitch was good, and they agreed to it.

A very important thing is that when Chornomorets first asked if something could be changed, Shakhtar offered to play both matches in Lviv. What does this mean: after the match against Minaj in Uzhhorod, the team stays in Lviv, lives there, I understand that Shakhtar finances the team's maintenance, but when Hryhorchuk heard about it, he said: "No," because the team will not be 100% ready. Anything that harms Chornomorets, Grigorchuk cancels and rejects immediately," Spivakovsky said.
