As previously reported, UEFA has authorised an international tournament under the banner of the "UEFA Development Tournament" to be held in the terrorist country of "Russia".
The other day, the tournament took place, with teams from Russia, Serbia, Kazakhstan and Ghana, made up of players under the age of 16, taking part.
And now it turned out that UEFA not only allowed this tournament to take place: the organisation also allocated money for its holding. Maxim Mitrofanov, general secretary of the Russian Football Union (RFU), said.
"UEFA fully finances all foreign teams at the tournament. Our costs for the tournament are the stadiums and our national team, which takes part in the tournament. Everything else is financed by UEFA," TASS quoted Mitrofanov as saying.
