"Shakhtar narrowly defeated Dynamo in the 28th round of the Ukrainian league and secured the championship ahead of schedule. However, the celebrations were preceded by a brawl started by Shakhtar players.
The last episode before the final whistle was a fight between Vladyslav Vanat and Marlon for the ball, which resulted in the latter ending up on the pitch (it seems Vanat broke the rules). Apparently, this angered Eginaldo too much, and he rushed towards Vanat at the final whistle. This was broadcast for just a second - then the cameras switched to Shakhtar's bench players.
But apparently, Eginaldo used physical force - the match's chief referee Derevynskyi showed him a red card, and commentator Vitaliy Volochay, who was at the stadium, said the following on air: "What Eginaldo did at the end of the match was bad." And then it went from there: it seems that Marlon collided head-on with what appeared to be Vladislav Dubinchak.
After the red, the emotions subsided - the centre of the fight was still in the process of settling things, but for the most part, the players switched to a calmer (at least without the use of physical force) communication.

Против Динамо многие команды и раньше играли грубо (в том числе зарубежные). Мне запомнились эпизоды игр команды, времён Блохина. Команда выглядела сплочённой, своих в обиду не давали. Стоило игроку соперников грубо (или умышленно) нарушить правила на динамовце, как моментально ща них охотилась вся команда - старались вернуть должок побыстрее, нередко и побольнее, чтоб неповадно было и другим. В те времена тоже и с поля удаляли, и дисквалифицировали, но нарушитель знал, что опытные динамовцы четко улавливают грань между игровым (даже грубым) нарушением и хамским или умышленным. У таких часто в течение минуты отбивали охоту так играть. Конечно, и карточки получали, но зато все знали - динамовцы хамского отношения к себе не прощают. Если возникала "рукопашная" по вине своего, его старались оттащить в сторону, но, если по вине противника, он видел перед собой всю команду. В те времена опасались с Динамо так себя вести. Шовковский должен помнить эти времена.
