"I'm not sure it's a penalty," - ex-FIFA arbitrator about the game episode of the match Dynamo vs Kryvbas

Former FIFA referee Oleg Orekhov shared his opinion on the game episode at the beginning of yesterday's match of the 29th round of the Ukrainian championship between Dynamo Kyiv and Kryvorizhzh Kryvbas (3:1), in which a penalty was awarded to the visitors' goal.
