The UAF has issued an official statement regarding the scandalous 2024 FIFA World Cup poster featuring a Russian player.

Yesterday, the official FIFA website published a photo depicting a player from a terrorist country. This caused an outright shock and genuine surprise of the entire Ukrainian, European and global football community.
Moreover, the national team of the terrorist country was disqualified from the FIFA World Cup. Accordingly, the UAF leadership immediately sent an official letter of protest to FIFA.
P.S. As of now, the image has been removed from the official FIFA resources. We hope that such ridiculous mistakes will not be repeated in the future," the UAF official telegram channel said in a statement.
