Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric has announced that he and the club have agreed on a decision regarding his future.

- "The decision on my future has been made, but I can't tell you about it. I have always said that I want to finish my career at Real Madrid. This is what I really want. This is my dream, this is my home, the club of my life. I want the same farewell as Toni Kroos," said Luka Modric.
