Donetsk-based Shakhtar has been evicted from the Emily Resort hotel in Lviv. This was reported by commentator Viktor Vatsko.
"Today, I was told on WhatsApp that Shakhtar were evicted from the Emily Resort hotel. They say that because someone is sure that against Polissya "Shakhtar, let's just say, did not give their best on the pitch," Vatsko said on the author's programme Vatsko Live.
It should be noted that the hotel is owned by businessman and Rukh president Hryhoriy Kozlovsky.
In the last round of the Ukrainian championship, Polissia beat Shakhtar 2-0 at home. This victory allowed the Zhytomyr club to overtake Rukh in the standings and qualify for the European Cups for the next season. "Rukh also claimed this place, but lost to Dynamo in a parallel match. Therefore, it will be Polissia who will play in the Conference League.
