Taking care of the qualification of coaches and the development of children's and youth football in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Football Association and Manchester City FC (England) have signed an agreement on the training and internship of Ukrainian coaches in the Manchester City football system.

RasnerThe UAF is forming a team of coaches and like-minded people (25 coaches) who support the UAF philosophy, the purpose and objectives of which are aimed at the quality education of young football players through modern training methods to bring Ukrainian football to the highest international level through the training of high-level players for club teams, as well as for youth, youth and national teams of Ukraine.
Requirements for candidates for an internship at the Academy of Manchester City FC (England)
- UEFA coaching license "C", "B" or "A";
- a practicing coach who works with children's and youth teams and has experience working with players of different levels and qualifications;
- a coach who is able to transfer the acquired knowledge to his/her colleagues in Ukraine in a qualified and systematic manner;
- a coach who is able to implement the acquired knowledge into the daily training process for the development and progress of Ukrainian football players;
- desire and readiness for continuous learning: practical internships, theoretical classes, zoom conferences, e-mail correspondence. Systematic analysis, reporting and communication of the acquired knowledge;
- fluency in spoken English;
- computer skills at the user level: creating presentations, electronic documents, e-mail, working with video (editing, cutting);
- documents for free crossing the state border of Ukraine;
- CV in two copies in Ukrainian and English.
