Today, the famous Ukrainian coach Mykola Pavlov celebrates his 70th birthday. Dynamo President Ihor Surkis congratulated him on his anniversary:

On behalf of all Dynamo players and me personally, let me express my sincere congratulations on your anniversary.
The history of Ukrainian football knows that you had a great career as a footballer, in particular, fans still remember your brilliant play for Dnipro, with which you became the USSR champion and received a call-up to the national team.
Having started your coaching career in the late 80s, you also achieved well-deserved recognition as a qualified, professional coach, including at Dynamo Kyiv.
Your special merit to Ukrainian football is the dozens of players you have trained and introduced to football in Ukraine. The list of stars who started their careers under your guidance and who now play in the best clubs in Ukraine and the national team is truly impressive.
It is symbolic that a person with such a list of achievements heads the All-Ukrainian Association of Football Coaches and fulfills a complex mission of protecting the interests of domestic professionals.
On the day of your 70th birthday, I wish you, dear Mykola Petrovych, good health, family comfort, prosperity, inspiration, energy and success in all your endeavors. And most importantly, I wish you a speedy end to the war and a return to a calm, normal, happy life in a free, peaceful and independent Ukraine.
