Commentator: "Lunin should be number 1"

Sports commentator Vitaliy Volochay shared his thoughts on who should play in goal for the Ukrainian national team in the match against Slovakia.

"I believe that Andriy Lunin is definitely the main goalkeeper of the national team. Yes, in the first match he made two mistakes that a goalkeeper of this class should not make, but during the season he repeatedly proved that he deserved the place of the main goalkeeper at Real Madrid for a reason.

We saw how his teammates calmed him down during the match, and we understand that Trubin is no less a great goalkeeper. But I think that Lunin should be No. 1. His footwork, although it failed, but I'm sure it was the last failure at this Euro. That's why I think Lunin should remain the main one," Volochai said.
