Ihor Tsyhanyk on the Ukrainian national team: "Our players are detached from reality"

Commenting on the defeat of the Ukrainian national team in the League of Nations by Albania, the well-known commentator Igor Tsyganik said what the problem of the national team really is.

"Our players have always been privileged. This has always been the case: in Soviet times, in post-Soviet times. They had good salaries, earned great money, everything was going well for them. They are detached from reality. When players talk about the front, they don't quite realize what's going on.

Here, Mudryk sits during the match and eats nuts. They have to cry when the team loses, run, jump, and say something. They live in a slightly different world. For them, football is about going to a game and doing your job. It doesn't happen like that. You can play like that for your foreign clubs.
