Anatoliy Konkov, a legendary player of Dynamo Kyiv in the 1970s, winner of the UEFA Cup and UEFA Super Cup, has died at the age of 76.

"It was with deep sadness that I received the news that Anatoliy Dmytrovych Konkov passed away.
Anatolii Dmytrovych was a member of the legendary Dynamo team that made the top European clubs reckon with themselves in the 1970s. Having won the UEFA Cup and the UEFA Super Cup in 1975, the White and Blues were named one of the best teams in the world at the end of the year, and Konkov was a key link in that team, acting equally well and reliably in different positions.
On behalf of the entire club and the numerous army of loyal Dynamo Kyiv fans, I express my sincere condolences to Anatoliy Dmytrovych's family and friends. The bright memory of a true Dynamo player will remain in our hearts and minds forever."
