UAF announces Yarmolenko's injury and call-ups of Nazarenko and Riznyk to Ukraine's national team

The coaching staff of the Ukrainian national team has decided to call up Andriy Lunin of Real Madrid, who will not be able to help his teammates due to a viral infection, and Andriy Yarmolenko of Dynamo Kyiv, who was injured, Dmytro Riznyk of Shakhtar Donetsk, and Oleksandr Nazarenko of Polissya Zhytomyr, for the October matches of the Nations League, the UAF official website reports.

Interestingly, last Friday, the UAF announced that Yarmolenko had been called up to the Ukrainian national team. And on Sunday, he played for Dynamo in the Ukrainian championship match against Kryvbas, getting into the starting lineup of his team.

After the match, Dynamo's head coach Oleksandr Shovkovskyi confirmed at a post-match press conference that Yarmolenko was going to the national team of Ukraine. At the same time, no information about the midfielder's injury was announced.

    Думаю, Ярмоленко вирішив показати Реброву, що він не пацан і з ним так поступати не варто. Ну і, можливо, почали плавити Реброва. І правильно роблять
